FAQ
For our standard wash and fold service, we charge $1.90 per pound with a $30 minimum charge. Please note this is a discounted rate offered through your group account. Standard rates are higher and applied if you create an account outside the form on this page.
Add-on services such as ironing are priced per item.
We clean both every day, personal laundry and household laundry. Everything from teeshirts to tablecloths, we can clean them!
Yes, you can give us washing, drying, folding instructions such as washing/drying temps, product preferences, and item specifics. We aim to do your laundry your way!
We have a 48-hour turnaround time for our regular wash and fold services. However, we also deliver the next day for rush requests.
You pay for the service once it’s completed. At the time you place your order, we put a hold on your payment method for the estimated total. Then, when your laundry is delivered and the final services are confirmed, we capture that hold and adjust the charge—releasing any extra funds if the final bill is lower or charging a bit more if it’s higher.
You can leave your laundry in a specified place (by an entrance, etc.) for pickup and we will return your order to the same location.
You can buy our reusable bags on our website or app when you place a laundry order. Each bag is priced at $6.
