Ruthie communicated well but unfortunately was not on time. For me this was not a big deal because I was not thinking and scheduled a pickup while I was out so it was good she was late. If you are flexible with your time I would recommend her.

Clothes were nicely folded & smelled clean. Loved how it came back with a ribbon on the bag & a piece of chocolate 🙂 Marion, who took care of my clothes, was prompt. Even early which I appreciated! Communicated well & was very nice. Would definitely have her again. She was great!!
