After being washed, the clothes were not sorted at all. Obvious tops and bottoms were completely stored separately from each other. Took me way too much time to put away clothes. The folding also seemed rushed. The job was done but it doesnt seem like there was much thoughtful care involved with it.
Marion is the best! Clothes come back very clean, smell good, nice & neatly folded, and in a bag tied with a beautiful ribbon, a thank you sticker, & a small chocolate. Her communication is wonderful. She is always on time if not early. I would highly recommend her service!
